The Packer Plada Group constitutes one of the flagships of Israeli industry. It owns and co-owns numerous factories both in Israel and worldwide, and presides over three fields of the manufacturing industry: steel, ceramics, and plastics. The Packer Group's annual revenue is estimated at approximately 1.2 billion shekels.
Despite being a long-standing group that has been operating for many years, the work environment in Packer Plada companies is characterized by dynamism and a youthful spirit. Above all, the group is known for its advanced and quality management, focusing its strength on investing in new areas of activity, creating strategic partnerships both locally and internationally, and the continuous development of existing enterprises.
As a group which has been serving Israeli industry for decades and sees its success in the success of its clients, Packer Plada is devoted to manufacturing and developing towards tomorrow's challenges, in accordance with the milestones paving the foundation at the start of its journey. After all, this is the group's legacy, passed down from generation to generation, and has always accompanied Packer Plada Group's life work.
Packer Plada's corporate culture is aimed at striving toward excellence and achieving the highest operational results, while fostering its employees. This culture is comprised of the following values:
- Integrity, reliability and loyalty towards the customer.

In keeping with these corporate values, the Packer Plada Group has, throughout the years, developed a widespread tradition of competent service, mutual trust and close-knit cooperation with its clients both in Israel and worldwide. This system of reciprocation between the Group and its clients is based on a direct and personal relationship, beginning with the overall outlook, and down to the finest detail in the planning, execution, and completion stages of a project, all while strictly fulfilling its commitment to both execution and supply. In addition, Packer Plada continues to cultivate its relationships with its customers throughout the year, whether by way of our annual client conference, or by holding seminars and other events.
Likewise, the work environment in the Packer Plada Group's companies is characterized by a warm atmosphere, strong support and personal treatment, and its supervision of the team of employees as highly-skilled and experienced professionals who have worked many years in its line of service and who have shown strong identification with the Group itself. As a company which views its people as a most important strategic anchor, the Packer Group puts great efforts into the betterment of our employees and caring for their welfare, including offering advanced professional education to improve their skills, as well as organizing social and cultural activities. Additionally, Packer Group takes great measures to care for the welfare of our employees' families, granting academic scholarships for children of workers who work both on-site in the companies and outside the immediate work environment.
For the Packer Plada Group, getting involved in the community and assisting those in need is of extreme importance.
Among the Group's social activities are the creation, funding and overseeing of several educational programs for children and teens in distress, especially those living on the margins of society.
It is with this goal in mind that Packer Plada has taken under its patronage an elementary school in Kiryat Malachi, and, working alongside the Ta'assiYeda Association to promote the industry's relationship with the community, has set in motion a yearly educational project for tens of students.
Now in effect for two years and expanding with each passing year, this project includes weekly instruction by senior lecturers, cognitive courses, and practical workshops teaching how to create a product, from it's conceptual idea to testing according to industry standards, all the way to its final presentation as part of the project's completion – site tours of Packer Plada sites, manufacturing plants, and more.
Among Packer Plada's additional community projects, we follow up with those students who have completed their studies and, by funding professional courses, providing personal guidance and occupational consultation within the industrial scope, we aim to help them attain a profession and thereby improve their social status.
These and other projects are our way of expressing our commitment to society and the great importance we ascribe to our relationship with the community.
